We successfully launched the Socanomics Wellness Retreat at the top of 2023 in Antigua!! We take part in all-day experiences including dance, yoga, soundbaths, meditation, hiking, journaling and so much more, all drawing from our chief aim to heal and elevate our community through culture and movement. We have since traveled to Saint Lucia and Dominica with the same mission and the same exuberance.
