Please note that because Socanomics Retreats (“Retreats”) are limited to a small number of attendees (“Participants”) a cancellation policy is in place to allow for a seamless experience.
By paying the Non-Refundable Deposit, the Participant acknowledges and understands the Cancellation Policy as well as the Terms and Conditions.

All trip payments are non-transferable. If your roommate cancels, you will be invoiced at single occupancy rate until you have a replacement roommate.
