Choose your needs: Fitness Training, Dance Choreography, or Wellness Coaching Cater to specific aspects of health, goals, and current activity. Walk away with a new lens on how to approach your lifestyle. This private training includes 30-min weekly video call check-ins, weekly homework based on personal goals and growth, tactics to approach all aspects of wellness, and a training program created for you based on your equipment access. This is all done virtually.
