From Studios, Parks, Pavilions and Soccer fields, to the Beach, Backyard & Rooftops, we transform an ordinary fitness event into a Soca Party to be remembered!
Here, you can learn all the moves you need to know for a Caribbean fete, get in better shape, build endurance, increase your metabolism, sculpt your waistline, tighten and tone your legs, fine tune your rhythm and burn up to 1,000 calories.
