Come enjoy a Celebration with the Socanomics Tribe, in community with lululemon! We've elevated our pop-up to a festival-like wellness experience!
10am 30-minute Soundbath, followed by 30-min yoga warm-up
11am Socanomics Signature Dance Workout
12:30pm Wellness Panel
Our Signature Workout is Cardio and Choreography! Come and DANCE! This is designed for all level movers, at all shapes & sizes. You will feel successful at any level: beginner - advanced!
We are honored to have Italia Woodson, energy healer, as our soundbath practitioner to kickoff our event! If this is your first time doing a sound bath, you are in for a treat! Soundbaths are vibrational sound therapy! *We will have Yoga Mats provided! * For the best soundbath experience, as body temperature can drop during the session, we do encourage you to wear layers or bring a blanket and head support. The beauty of this practice lies in its simplicity—just lay back, relax, and receive.
Dance Class will be co-taught by yours truly, Selena Watkins and iLLY Warner! Plus we've got family, DJ Big B Da CEO on the set!
