Welcome to the stunning windward island of Barbados! Arrive in the morning or early afternoon, then enjoy a scenic 40-minute drive to the lush, wellness-focused Sugar Cane Club on the island’s northwest coast. Spend the afternoon settling in and soaking up your surroundings before we come together for an unforgettable welcome reception and dinner to kick off our retreat experience.

Friday Night at Oistins
It's our first full day in paradise! We’ll rise with the Caribbean sun and fuel up with a nourishing breakfast, then meet on the mat for a heart-opening Socanomics session led by Selena. Expect joy, sweat, and soul-powered movement that gets your entire body vibrating on a higher frequency.
After lunch, we’ll take off on an electric bike adventure through the island — a guided tour filled with hidden gems, breathtaking coastline views, and a deeper connection to Barbados’ culture and history.
We’ll return to refresh and reset before heading out for a local favorite: Friday Night at Oistins. This is the heartbeat of Bajan nightlife — a vibrant fish fry experience filled with music, dancing, grilled seafood, rum punch, and good vibes under the stars.

It’s our signature day! We’ll rise with the sun and get into our bodies with an energizing Soca Fitness session led by one of Barbados’ top local instructors. Expect high vibes, fresh air, and a full-body sweat that leaves you smiling.
After lunch, we’ll change into our themed looks for the afternoon cruise — one of the most memorable moments of every Socanomics retreat. We’ll dance to Caribbean rhythms aboard a catamaran, toast to new friendships, and soak up the sun as we sail along the island’s stunning coastline. Expect photo ops, sea dips, and spontaneous joy. This day is all about connection, celebration, and being fully present in paradise.

Today is all about healing. We’ll begin with a grounding yoga and breathwork session to quiet the mind and reconnect with the body. After breakfast, we head into a slow, soulful beach day — no agenda, just joy, sun, and time to exhale by the sea.
In the late afternoon, we’ll gather for our signature Floating Soundbath — a deeply restorative experience that uses frequency and vibration to reset your nervous system and soothe every cell of your being. Surrounded by water, nature, and community, this is your invitation to fully surrender. Let yourself be held.

Our final morning is gentle and sacred. We’ll share breakfast one last time as a collective, reflecting on everything we've experienced, released, and reclaimed. During our Closing Wellness Circle, you'll have space to set intentions, honor your growth, and carry the energy of this retreat back into your everyday life.
